Поняття «мовна особистість» у сучасному освітньому просторі: теоретичний аспект

Abstract

Соціальні, економічні, культурні та освітні перетворення в українському суспільстві зумовили небувале загострення мовного питання, розкрили давні не розв’язані досі проблеми та їх уплив на суспільство. Найголовнішим освітнім завданням є підготовка учнів до активної життєвої діяльності в умовах сьогодення, розв’язання якого потребує переосмислення традиційної організації процесу навчання української мови відповідно до запитів держави, напрямів розвитку мовної освіти, формування мовної особистості, яка є носієм мови, володіє мовними знаннями, високим рівнем мовленнєвих і комунікативних умінь та навичок, спроможна вільно, комунікативно виправдано спілкуватися, обмінюватися інформацією у будь-якій життєвій ситуації і в різних сферах суспільного життя. Пріоритетним стає розвиток творчої, креативної особистості, здатної до толерантного міжкультурного спілкування. Акцент на розвиток мовної особистості в освітньому процесі зумовлює перегляд навчання української мови в закладах загальної середньої освіти, де суттєво змінюються пріоритети із вивчення теорії мови на формування практичних умінь та навичок їх використання. У науковій розвідці особливий акцент робимо на двох напрямах дослідження мовної особистості ‒ лінгвістичному і лінгводидактичному. Пропонуємо ряд визначень поняття «мовна особистість» українськими та зарубіжними вченими, що, на нашу думку, є базовими чи засадничими. Також зосереджуємо увагу на наукових підходах до формування мовної особистості, узагальненні поняття «мовна особистість» у сучасному науковому просторі. Таким чином, зважаючи на розмаїття визначень поняття «мовна особистість», проведене дослідження уможливлює зробити висновки про його складність, неоднорідність та багатоаспектність. Сучасні дослідження з проблеми формування мовної особистості засвідчують її комплексний характер. Мовну особистість слід розглядати не лише в системі мови, а й історії, культури та усіх сферах життя. Social, economic, cultural and educational transformations in Ukrainian society led to an unprecedented aggravation of the language issue, revealed ancient problems that have not yet been resolved and their impact on society. The most important educational task is the preparation of students for active life activities in today's conditions, the solution of which requires a rethinking of the traditional organization of the process of learning the Ukrainian language in accordance with the requests of the state, the directions of the development of language education, the formation of a linguistic personality who is a native speaker of the language, has language knowledge, high with the level of speech and communication skills and abilities, able to communicate freely, communicatively, and exchange information in any life situation and in various spheres of social life. The priority is the development of a creative, creative personality capable of tolerant intercultural communication. Emphasis on the development of the linguistic personality in the educational process leads to a revision of the teaching of the Ukrainian language in institutions of general secondary education, where priorities change significantly from the study of language theory to the formation of practical skills and skills in their use. In scientific research, we place special emphasis on two areas of linguistic personality research – linguistic and linguistic didactic. We offer a number of definitions of the concept of «linguistic personality» by Ukrainian and foreign scientists, which, in our opinion, are basic or essential. We also focus on scientific approaches to the formation of a linguistic personality, generalization of the concept of «linguistic personality» in the modern scientific space. Thus, taking into account the variety of definitions of the concept of «linguistic personality», the conducted research makes it possible to draw conclusions about its complexity, heterogeneity and multifacetedness. Modern studies on the problem of the formation of a linguistic personality testify to its complex nature. Linguistic personality should be considered not only in the language system, but also in history, culture and all spheres of life.
