Проблеми розвитку соціальних інформаційних комунікацій, підвищення ефективності їх функціонування в соціокультурному вимірі набули особливого значення протягом останніх десятиріч. Це обумовлюється зростаючими впливами загальноцивілізаційних тенденцій до світової інтеграції, формуванням загальноцивілізаційних механізмів вирішення глобальних проблем, що постають перед людством, тощо. The problems of the development of social information communication, increasing the effectiveness of their functioning in the socio-cultural dimension have become of particular importance over the past decades. This is conditioned by the growing influence of general civilization tendencies towards world integration, the formation of general civilization mechanisms for solving global problems facing humanity, and so on.
