Abstract:
У статті проводиться аналіз сутнісних характеристик професійної
компетентності майбутніх вчителів-філологів з урахуванням досвіду
підготовки педагогів у Франції. Професійна компетентність вчителя
розглядається як сукупність особистісних і професійних якостей, необхідних
для ефективного виконання педагогічної діяльності. До структурних
складових професійної компетентності віднесені наступні компетентності:
аксіологічна; предметно-фахова; соціально-комунікативна; методично-
технологічна; контрольно-діагностична; аутопсихологічна.
The article is devoted to the problem of identifying the essence of future
teacher-philologists professional competence using the experience of teachers
training in France. The authors noted that today the problem of formation
of future specialist s professional competence arises in the system of higher
education and the scienti� c community s orientation focuses on the countries
where the professional training is carried out at public expense, such as France.
The formation of future teachers professional competence is considered as the
primary means of professionalization of teaching activities by French scientists.
