Abstract:
У статті розглянуті проблеми компетентнісного підходу у процесі
професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців початкової школи. Розкрито
зміст понять «компетенція», «компетентність»; охарактеризовано
професійну компетентність майбутнього фахівця початкової школи
і представлено компоненти професійної компетентності педагога.
Розглянуто принципи та окреслено основні завдання здійснення
компетентнісного підходу у процесі професійної підготовки майбутнього
фахівця початкової освіти. У статті характеризується дослідження
вчених, які займались проблемою компетентності та професійної
підготовки вчителя початкової школи.
The article deals with the problem of the competence approach in the
training of future primary school specialists. The content of the concept of
«competence» is defi ned. The «competence» is characterized by the professional
skills and knowledge of the future specialist (teacher) of primary school and
identifi es the components of the teacher professional competence.
The article is dedicated to the principles and the basic tasks of the
competence-based approach in the training of future primary school specialists.
The article characterized researches of scientists who were engaged in the
problem of competence and primary school teachers’ training.
The author paid attention to the effectiveness of the training process
of future primary school teacher in the context of professional competence
approach, that will depend on the completeness of the all its components’
implementation. Therefore, we can identify the specifi c ways of the future primary
school teachers’ readiness to the professional activities based on a competence
approach in their training.
