Abstract:
Стаття присвячена проблемі формування готовності майбутніх
педагогів професійного навчання до професійної діяльності. Предметом
дослідження є технологія формування готовності майбутніх педагогів
професійного навчання до професійної діяльності. Метою статті є
дослідження та обґрунтування структурних компонентів технології
формування готовності майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання до
професійної діяльності.Запропоновані підходи та обґрунтовані структурні компоненти
технології формування готовності майбутніх педагогів професійного
навчання до професійної діяльності можуть використовуватися
викладачами вищих навчальних закладів з метою підвищення ефективності
професійної підготовки студентів.
The article is sanctifi ed to the problem of forming readiness of future
vocational training teachers to professional activity. The article researching is
technology of forming of readiness of future teachers of the vocational training
to professional activity. The aims of the article are development and ground
structural components forming technology of readiness future teachers of the
vocational training to professional activity.
The paper used the theoretical research methods: analysis and synthesis
of pedagogical, psychological and educational literature, comparison,
systematization, that allowed generalizing the theoretical material on the
research problem, substantiate the essence of educational technology and reveal
the structural components forming technology of readiness future teachers of the
vocational training to professional activity.
The proposed approaches and proved technology readiness of future
vocational training teachers to professional activity can be used by teachers
of higher educational institutions in order to increase the effi ciency students
vocational training.
